Debabrata Mukherjee, Ph.D.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Mukherjee joined Finch Paper in May 2013 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. He joined Finch Paper after a 15-year career with worldwide paper manufacturer P.H. Glatfelter, the last five years of which were served as vice president and general manager of specialty papers. Before earning a Master of Science in chemical engineering and a doctorate from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, Dr. Mukherjee earned a Bachelor of Technology in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Kharagpur, India. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania, School of Business. Dr. Mukherjee jointly holds three patents related to inkjet printing technologies, and has been widely published in a number of scientific publications.
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Maio joined Finch Paper in September 2013. Prior to Finch, Mr. Maio enjoyed a 29-year progressive career with National Envelope, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales. Earlier in his career, Mr. Maio held various positions with National Envelope, including that of regional sales manager. Mr. Maio holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Riley joined Finch Paper in April 2011 and was Director of Talent Management until September 2013 when she became Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to Finch, she was the Northeast Regional HR Manager for SCA Tissue from 2000 to 2011. Earlier in her career, Ms. Riley held increasingly responsible human resources positions at Pfizer and Boston Scientific. Ms. Riley holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Siena College in Loudonville, New York, and a Master in Science in human resource management from The New School in New York City.
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Rotolo joined Finch Paper in August 2013. Prior to serving as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Rotolo was President of Finch Waste Co, a Finch Paper Holdings company based in Saratoga Springs, New York. Prior to joining Finch, Mr. Rotolo held positions of increasing responsibility at institutional investment, turnaround management and insurance firms. Mr. Rotolo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Economics from Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut. Mr. Rotolo currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Economic Development Corporation of Warren County and the Board of Directors of The Franklin Community Center in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Vice President, Forestry and Wood Procurement
Mr. McLarty joined Finch in July 2012. Prior to Finch, Mr. McLarty was the Timberlands Manger at Northern Pulp Nova Scotia Corporation. Before that, he was Regional Superintendent for Forestry for Buchanan Forest Products. Mr. McLarty also held positions with Neenah Paper and Kimberly Clark. Mr. McLarty holds a Bachelor of Science, Forestry, from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario and a Masters of Science, Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida. He is also the Vice-chair and on the board of directors for the Empire State Forest Products Association.
Vice President, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Mr. Wood joined Finch Paper in November 2014. Prior to Finch, Mr. Wood was Vice President of the Printing and Carbonless Paper division at P.H. Glatfelter. Before Glatfelter, Mr. Wood held positions of increasing leadership at UBE Automotive, MISA Metals and AK Steel. Mr. Wood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Miami University.
